ICBF Life Insurance Scheme:

ICBF Life Insurance Scheme is an exclusive life insurance scheme for the Indian nationals with valid Qatar Resident Permit. It offers a coverage of Qatar Riyals 100,000/- for the period of 2 years with a premium as low as Qatar Riyals 125/- for 2 years. ICBF Life Insurance Scheme provided by Damaan Islamic Insurance Company- Beema in association with Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF).

Indian Cultural Centre operates a Help Desk and collection point for the ICBF Life Insurance Scheme at its premises in Al Maadeed Street, Al Mamoura, Doha. Timings for the application submission are Sunday to Friday 9 am to 12 noon & 4.30 pm to 8 pm.

Policy:

Policy Holder: Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF)
Policy Period: 2 Years from the date of enrollment
Provider: Damaan Islamic Insurance Co.- Beema
Premium: QR 125/- per member for 2 years

Benefits:

Death Any Cause (DAC) – Natural and Accidental
Permanent Total Disability (PTD) due to Any Cause
Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) due to Any Cause
Sum Assured: QR 100,000/- Per Member

Conditions:

Maximum age 65 years
Minimum age 18 years
Resident of Qatar with valid Resident Permit.
All benefits will be covered up to the maximum of sum assured
Policy Terms & Conditions will be applied

Claim Documents Required:

Event of Death:

Written notice within 90 days from the date of death by the Beneficiary
or his legal representative.
Death Certificate (Attested, if incurred outside Qatar)
Qatar ID and Passport Copy
Nominee/Beneficiary Passport copy and Bank account details

Event of PTD/PPD:

Original Disability Certificate (Attested, if incurred outside Qatar)
Medical Report
Police Report (if accident)
Qatar ID and Passport Copy
Bank account details of Insured member or Beneficiary/Nominee
